First Step Crypto LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use our platform.
Information We Collect
We collect the information you give us directly: your name and email address when you create an account or make a purchase, your Discord username if you add it in your dashboard, and anything you send us through the contact form or the FSC Assistant chat. Your password is stored only in hashed form, so we cannot read it. If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect usage data through Google Analytics to improve the platform.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to manage your account and membership, process your payments, send you emails about your account and purchases (such as confirmations, payment notices, and password resets), match your membership to your Discord account so we can give and remove community access, answer your questions, and improve our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Payment Data
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your raw card data on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.
Service Providers
We share information only with the companies that help us run the Service, and only as needed for that purpose: Stripe for payments, our email delivery provider for account and purchase emails, our hosting and database providers, Discord for community access, Google Analytics for usage data if you accept analytics cookies, and Anthropic, whose AI model powers the FSC Assistant. Messages you send to the FSC Assistant are sent to that provider to generate a reply, and we do not keep a copy of them. Please do not share sensitive personal or financial information in the chat.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language and cookie choices. Analytics cookies are used only if you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link on the site.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Account deletion removes your profile and subscription data from our systems.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
