• Refunds for course enrollment are available within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 2 course modules have been accessed
• After 7 days or upon accessing 2+ modules, courses are considered used and non-refundable
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing with reason for refund
• We will process approved refunds within 10-14 business days

Consultation Service Refunds:

• Consultation services are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided
• Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund
• Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable
• No-shows forfeit the full service fee

Digital Products:

Digital products, downloads, and downloadable materials are non-refundable once delivered.

9. Termination and Suspension
