Terms of Service
Effective October 10, 2026
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and First Step Crypto LLC ("First Step Crypto," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using First Step Crypto ("the Service"), including our website, memberships, and Discord community, you agree to be bound by them. Please read them carefully.
Memberships
First Step Crypto offers two memberships, both paid through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Community is a monthly subscription. Mentorship is a single one-time payment for lifetime access. It includes everything in Community plus the additional benefits listed on our Pricing page, including a monthly one-on-one mentor call, scheduled subject to mentor availability. Lifetime access means access for as long as First Step Crypto operates the Service.
Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation
The Community membership renews automatically each month, and your payment method is charged on each renewal date until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep your access until then. The Mentorship membership does not renew. If you upgrade from Community to Mentorship, your monthly subscription is cancelled when you purchase the upgrade and you are not billed for it again.
Failed Payments
If a Community renewal payment fails, we notify you by email and try the payment again over the following two days. You keep your access during that time. If the payment still cannot be collected, your membership is cancelled and your access to member features and the Discord community is removed. You can rejoin at any time by purchasing a new membership.
Refunds
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for the Mentorship payment, for Community payments, or for partial months, including when you cancel or upgrade partway through a billing period, except where a refund is required by law.
Your Account
You need an account to use your membership. You must provide an accurate email address, and we may ask you to confirm it before you can sign in. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the activity under your account. A membership is for one person and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
Discord Community
Your membership includes access to our private Discord community for as long as the membership is active. We ask for your Discord username so we can match it to your membership. Invitation links are for members only and may not be shared. When a membership ends, we remove that member's access to the Discord community. Your use of Discord is also subject to Discord's own terms, and we may remove any member who breaks our community rules or these Terms.
Educational Content Disclaimer
All content provided by First Step Crypto is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. This applies equally to our mentors, the Discord community, and the FSC Assistant, an automated chat tool whose answers may be incomplete or inaccurate. Digital assets carry significant risk, including price volatility and the possible loss of your entire investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm other members, to distribute spam or misinformation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
